A Sri Lankan couple struggling to make ends meet have their lives upended when a yuppie Aussie couple burst into their small eatery and wreak havoc. Violence erupts, alliances are made, and soon all four lives are changed forever.

FAMISHED is a dark-comedy thriller about a growing Sri Lankan business in the hustle and bustle of inner Melbourne. With a specific cultural milieu and a heart-racing narrative, the project aims to be the first Australian film to prominently feature a Sri Lankan cast of characters.
